FREE SHIPPING:
Unlike many other web sites that have special rules and lots of fine print, we offer free shipping on all domestic orders placed on our website, with no minimum order sizes or special exceptions. Just because shipping is free doesn't mean it should take a long time. We understand that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order quickly. When you order from our website, you can expect to receive your order within 4-5 business days.
FREE RETURNS:
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to the warehouse for a full refund (Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging). We believe that in order to have the best possible online shopping experience, our customers should not have to pay for domestic return shipping. So if for whatever reason you're not happy with your purchase, just go through our easy return process (via our email) to print out a free return label - your domestic shipping costs are prepaid.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:
With 365 day return policy, there are no special catches or exceptions. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, and make sure that the merchandise is in the same condition. You can return your purchase for up to 365 days from the purchase date. If you purchase on 2/29 of a Leap Year, then you have until 2/29 the following Leap Year to return those orders. That's four whole years! Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. Return shipping is absolutely FREE. You will be provided with a pre-paid UPS domestic or USPS domestic label to return the purchase to us.* Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Once your return is received and inspected by the fulfillment centers (usually within 72 hours of receipt),your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account. As part of our 365-day return policy, all returns will need to be received and processed by our warehouse within 365 days of purchase.

STEP ONE: PROCESS YOUR RETURN

STEP TWO: YOUR ITEM IS ORIGINAL PACKAGING
The original packaging contains a LPN bar code that helps us identify your items with your order so we can credit your account successfully. Products must be returned in the original packaging. If an extreme circumstance comes up and you do not have the original packaging, which includes the LPN bar code, please print out the Confirmation Page (the final page of the return process) and include it in your shipping box. This is considered a courtesy for our wonderful customers.
STEP THREE: YOUR SHIPPING BOX
You can use your original box which you received, or any plain, unmarked cardboard box to ship your return. If there are any existing shipping labels, stickers, or other materials on the shipping box from previous shipments, please remove them. Attach your new return label to the shipping box. UPS Labels:* If you chose to print a UPS return label, tape your UPS return label to your box, then drop it off at any authorized UPS Shipping Center. PLEASE DO NOT USE A UPS DROP BOX - you must drop off your return at a UPS Service Center - thank you! Find the UPS Service Center Nearest to You. US (Postal Service) Labels: If you chose to print a US (Postal Service) return label, you can either drop it off at your nearest post office or hand it to your USPS mail carrier. Once you drop off your return at UPS or USPS, please allow 4-5 business days for your return to reach our warehouse. We'll take care of the rest for you! Return shipping is absolutely FREE!
